5. Returns, Refunds & Offer Adjustments

  • In case of returns or refunds where:

    • Free gifts, free items, or additional discounted items were included as part of an offer

  • All items including free or non-charged items must be returned to be eligible for a full refund

  • If free gifts or non-charged items are not returned, the refund amount may be adjusted or partially deducted

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per Mode Mania Online’s Return & Refund Policy

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Offer Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to offers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts

  • Take final decisions in case of disputes
