This Returns & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from Mode Mania Online through the website https://modemaniaonline.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped/ dispatched
To request cancellation, customers must contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or Facebook page as soon as possible
Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be restored and must be placed again if required
Important Notes:
Partial cancellation of items within the same order is not allowed
If any item under a cart offer or promotional offer is cancelled, the entire order will be cancelled
Orders already shipped or out for delivery cannot be cancelled
2. Cancellation During Transit
If a cancellation request is made after dispatch, the order will be considered in transit
Refund (if applicable) will be processed only after the product is returned to our warehouse and verified
Delivery charges are non-refundable
3. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders (before shipment) are processed within 24–48 business hours after approval
For cancelled orders returned from transit, refunds are processed after product verification
Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method
Refund Method:
Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer after customer shares bank details
It may take 2–5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account after processing.

Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
5. Non-Returnable Items

Original tags, labels, packaging, or freebies are missing
Discounted, clearance, or promotional items
Free gifts included with orders

6. Return Process
Customers must contact Mode Mania Online to request a return
Return pickup (if available) may take 2–5 working days, depending on courier service
Customer must properly pack the product before handover
Mode Mania Online is not responsible for loss or damage if a wrong product is handed over to the courier
Once the product is received and passes quality check, the refund will be processed.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
In rare cases where:
A damaged product
A defective product
A wrong item
is delivered, customers must:
Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product
Provide clear photos/videos as proof
We do not offer replacements. Only refunds will be processed after verification.
8. Offer, Coupon & Discount Adjustments
If an order was placed using a coupon, cart offer, or promotional discount, and the order is cancelled or returned:
The coupon/offer will be considered used
Offer benefits will not be included in the refund
Partial returns under promotional offers may result in loss of offer benefits
9. Final Decision
All returns, cancellations, and refunds are subject to verification
